Good product with horrible taste
It seems to work, but the taste is hard to get used to, I tried it mixed with milk, milkshake, water ..... but it was spoiling the accompaniment, so the best thing to do was to take it alone and swallow.

Good product but bad taste
I bought this turmeric powder because it was not available in tablet form. I take it diluted in a glass of water with black pepper. For me the taste is horrible but I'm getting used to it. I do not recommend mixing it in anything, unless it is for stews. However, the benefits of turmeric far outweigh the taste, so if I can't find turmeric in pill form I will continue to take it in powder form.
Compre esta cúrcuma en polvo porque no había en formato pastilla. La tomo diluida en un vaso de agua con pimienta negra. Para mí el sabor es horrible aunque ya me voy acostumbrando. No aconsejo mezclar en nada, a no ser que sea para guisos. No obstante, los beneficios de la cúrcuma superan con creces el sabor, así que si no encuentro cúrcuma en formato pastilla seguiré tomándola en formato polvo.
