Very good cost benefit

I use turmeric in countless dishes, and also in the preparation of golden milk in the evening, I mix it with black pepper, a pinch of ginger and ashwagandha powder, plus a little bit of coconut oil. One cannot escape the horrible taste of ashwagandha, but the preparation is certainly powerful as an anti-inflammatory and relaxing.

Utilizo la cúrcuma en un sin fin de platos, y también en la preparación de leche dorada por la noche, la mezclo con pimienta negra, una pizca de jengibre y la ashwagandha en polvo, además de un poquito de aceite de coco. Uno no puede salvarse del sabor horrible de la ashwagandha, pero el preparado es sin duda poderoso como antinflamatorio y relajante.
