Turmeric together with pepper is a great product to take every day, not just for a season. I don't know how many kilos I have in my body, but its effect is necessary for life, like breathing.

Curcumin is one of the supplements with more scientific evidence, for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory potential. Although it is turmeric, and not curcumin, I take it in large quantities (with a little pepper) daily in the mornings with breakfast, sprinkling it on the pancakes I make with banana. I like it.
