A must in my life
It came to stay in my life. Well, I'm starting to have symptoms of osteoarthritis (what is inherited is not bought, hahaha) and turmeric is THE MOST, among many other properties, it is anti-inflammatory, so I make turmeric paste that I use in recipes and of course, every night a glass of golden milk.
Llegó para quedarse en mi vida. Pues ya empiezo a tener síntomas de artrosis ( lo que se hereda no se compra, jajaja )y la cúrcuma es LO MAS, entre otras muchísimas propiedades, es antinflamatoria, asique me hago pasta de cúrcuma que utilizo en recetas y como no, todas las noches vasito de leche dorada.
