I use it for my BJJ training, which tends to last between 2-3 hours of intense work where sweating a lot is normal. It helps me keep the pace and, in my case, I go with the neutral flavor because I prefer not to saturate my palate with fruity flavors during training. I still need to try it on my bike rides.
