I chose unflavored because the product is cheaper, the taste is sweet and the effects are the same. My bike rides have changed a lot since I've been taking the carbs in water. Since I buy the 3kg pack, by the time I have about 300g left, the zip lock stops working. That's the only drawback. Otherwise, a 10.
