Perfect for ISO bottles
I was looking for an ISO mix for bike rides, these are perfect, and the option to have no flavor is a plus for me, I always get tired of flavors in drinks.

Perfect
They’re made to go in the bottle during bike rides, they go down easy and do their job of providing carbs and a bit of electrolytes at a good price.

Perfect for high-intensity training
A very good supplement for all kinds of high‑intensity sports, in my case it’s great for when I have very intense padel training sessions so I can recover while I train.

at first the dissolution is a bit tough. you have to move it a lot. the flavor, for me, is cherry—very tasty. ideal for taking electrolytes at the gym with flavor.
