Well, after seeing so many opinions about their taste, I expected something worse. I think that mixed with any liquid other than water taken in a gulp you can pass them perfectly. They are not for tasting, I do not usually give importance to the smell or taste and its benefits I think they compensate.

They are a good alternative to protein powder, especially in a volume phase when you are full of food and just feel like having something light. They are also a good alternative to protein if it causes digestion problems. However, as they are pure amino acids, the taste is not as pleasant as that of protein.

I prefer them to taking protein powder supplements, but the taste... I don't think anyone would like it. For those who are more delicate and don't mind taking additives such as sweeteners, there is that option.

These amino acids are pure and therefore the taste is bad. I fix that by adding a pinch of bolero of the flavor you like. I prefer a bad taste but they are pure and do not have any added substances. The quality is very good.
