Good supplement

Ideal for that extra supply of amino acids, combined with protein, it dissolves very well and has a good weight format.

Quality is the most important

Easily dissolved essential amino acids are perfect to take before, during or after training. I mix them with my flavoring powders and they are great.

Essential amino acids (EAA's) powder

Excellent product

It is raw product (Raw) to be combined with others or otherwise flavored. I directly dilute 15g of it in 50 cl of water does not have a good taste, but it is quicker. The value for money is excellent.

For after training

I can't really tell if it works or not. I take it post-workout along with some other fast assimilating carbohydrate. I will keep testing and suppressing to get a better look at whether it could have an effect.
