My opinion regarding these unflavored eaa, is that they are not good but they can be taken perfectly well with water, I certainly prefer them without any sweetener. Regarding their effectiveness, for the moment in my case it is too early to assess, plus muscle gain depends on so many factors that it is complicated, but as I read out there will have to look at what science says. And to hsn a 10, order sent super fast, with gift of a cloth bag, and several bags of other products.
Mi opinión respecto a éstos eaa sin sabor, es que no están buenos pero se pueden tomar perfectamente con agua, yo desde luego los prefiero así sin ningún edulcorante.
Respecto a su efectividad, pues de momento en mí caso es pronto para valorar, además la ganancia muscular depende de tantos factores que es complicado, pero como he leído por ahí habrá que fijase de lo que dice la ciencia.
