They are one of my three must-haves along with creatine and protein. I notice that muscle fatigue is less and I recover better between training sessions. The taste is a bit unpleasant but you get used to it quickly, I mix them with protein and I hardly notice the taste. I recommend them without a doubt.

Son unos de mis tres imprescindibles junto con creatina y proteínas. Se nota que la fatiga muscular es menor y recupero mejor entre sesiones de entreno. El sabor es algo desagradable pero te acostumbras rápido, yo los mezclo con las proteínas y casi ni noto el sabor. Las recomiendo sin duda.

Really surprised at how impossible it is to take these amino acids. Surely all RAWs of other brands are like this.... But for me it is impossible to drink them if they taste like this. I tried to combine them with other drinks and it was even worse. I am now ordering the flavored ones. Sadly, I will have to throw the RAWs in the trash.

Realmente sorprendido de lo imposible que es tomar estos aminoácidos. Seguramente todos los RAW de otras marcas sean así... Pero para mí es imposible beberlos si tienen este sabor. Traté de combinarlos con otras bebidas y fue aún peor. Ahora estoy pidiendo los saborizados. Tristemente, tendré que tirar a la basura a los RAW.

The truth is that it is very complete with all the essential amino acids. Being vegan it has no flavor and of course, it is horrible. I've taken bitter products that most people don't like but this one is better! I'm still happy to take it because I notice it. It has improved my muscle pain and helps me with exercise.

La verdad es que es muy completo con todos los aminoácidos esenciales. Al ser vegano no tiene sabor y claro, es horrible. Y mira que he tomado productos amargos que a la mayoría no le gustan pero este lo supera!!. Aún así contenta de tomarlo porque lo noto. Me ha mejorado el dolor muscular y me ayuda con el ejercicio.
