If you can afford the price it is the best supplement you can take if you want protein intake. The taste is not good but I recommend it in raw with no flavor nonsense that detracts from its purity.

The effect is quickly noticeable. The packaging could be improved a little more. The taste is pretty bad, and if I take more than 10 grams at a time it makes me sick to my stomach.
