Unflavored, the best for fasting. I prefer raw powders because they have NO additives or anti-caking agents such as magnesium stearate which is often found in tablets. If you take a lot of supplements make sure they do NOT contain magnesium stearate. These powders are pure and therefore healthy.

Sin sabor, lo mejor para los ayunos. Prefiero los polvos raw porque NO llevan aditivos ni antiaglomerantes como el estearato de magnesio que suelen llevar los comprimidos. Si tomas muchos suplementos asegúrate de que NO lleven estearato de magnesio. Estos polvos son puros por lo tanto saludables.
