Having a dietary supply of essential amino acids is important, and when in doubt as to whether or not I am ingesting them through my normal diet I prefer to supplement intermittently, so I find it a valuable supplement. Just be prepared to hold your nose while you swallow, something that those of us who love the RAW philosophy can do without a problem.
