I bought it to supplement my diet, since I eat little meat but exercise a lot. They are better digested than protein. I buy the unflavored one (which if you take it alone is somewhat bitter) and mix it with the amino acids that have flavorings (which alone are too sweet). This way I make my own mixes, alternating various flavors and I don't get tired of it.

Lo compré para complementar mi alimentación, ya que como poca carne pero hago mucho ejercicio. Se digieren mejor que la proteína. Yo compro el que no tiene sabor (que si te lo tomas solo está un tanto amargo) y lo mezclo con los aminoácidos que llevan saborizantes (que solos están demasiado dulzones). Así hago mis propias mezclas, alternando varios sabores y no me canso.
