Casein top!!!
I have purchased a lot of protein in my life, even some caseinate. But these for price and quality are unbeatable! Also, the ability to buy five packs with five different flavors is AMAZING!!!

I was reluctant to try Casein, I thought it had no effect, that it was a money grabber like some supplements, but I tried the Raw to try and it is very noticeable in muscle growth, so I bought this pack to try other flavors.

I always buy casein because it is very satiating and I prefer it to shakes. You mix it with a little water or milk and it stays like yogurt or pudding very satiating and saves you from buying protein yogurts from supermarkets. They are all delicious...meringue milk, chocolate, white chocolate, cookie, vanilla, speculoos, salted caramel, strawberry, strawberry banana.... The one I didn't like was cotton candy
Siempre compro caseína porque sacia mucho y lo prefiero a los batidos. Lo mezclas con poca agua o con leche y se queda como yogurt o puding muy saciante y te ahorras comprar los yogures de proteínas de los supermercados. Están todos buenísimos...leche merengada, chocolate, chocolate blanco, galleta, vainilla , specullos, caramelo salado, fresa, fresa plátano... El que no me gustó algodón azucar

For a few months now I have been asking for casein because I find it more satiating and very easy to digest. With the tasting pack you can try all the flavors you want! The vanilla and white chocolate are amazing! I won't stop buying it. It's my ideal protein.
