It is not essential but interesting if you have covered other priorities. Personally I do not mind the taste, mixed with any drink should be taken without difficulty, although I take it with water and I do not have any problem.

I love this product
At first it is difficult to take it because of its taste, but mixed with juice and after a few days, it is not noticeable at all. Al principio cuesta tomarlo por su sabor, pero mezclado con zumo y después de unos días, no se nota en absoluto.
