I trust this collagen is improving my joints. I have arthritis and I need it. I have noticed improvement so I plan to keep repeating with it. It tastes good, it has no taste or at least I don't notice it.

I do not know for sure the effect it has at the moment but I may repeat, the taste is improvable but good. The half kg one has lasted me about two months, with daily use.
