I can't speak to the long term results but I can say that it mixes well with any liquid, many people comment that they can't tolerate the taste ... For me it is practically imperceptible. If you mix it with coffee, protein, yogurt, you won't even notice it.... I almost always take it with water because it doesn't bother me.

I've been taking this supplement for over a year now. There was a time when my knees started creaking (without pain) which coincided with a period when I wasn't taking it. Whether it's an effect of the product or not, I can't say. However, since I started taking it again, the creaking in my knees hasn't disappeared, but it has minimized... I believe it's from taking the collagen, so I'm continuing to include it in my routine.
Inseri este suplemento no meu dia a dia já há mais de um ano. Houve uma altura em que os meu joelhos começaram a ranger (sem dor) que coincidiu com um período em que não estava a tomar. Se é efeito do produto ou não, não posso afirmar, no entanto desde que retomei o ranger dos joelhos, não desapareceu, mas minimizou... Acredito que seja da toma do colágenio, pelo que continuo a incluir na rotina.

In my case I tried other HSN collagens and I switched to this one because I did not want a product with sweeteners. It dissolves very well and the taste is quite neutral, bearable if you do not want sweeteners, I mix it in herbal teas, soups, and stews with broth.
