I notice it for some shoulder problems I have and I do not know if it is placebo but I notice that it improves along with exercise and collagen with magnesium. Good price too.

Collagen is always present in my house, it works great since it has no taste, I put it in my coffee every morning and it works very well. After some time taking it I notice it a lot in my joints as well as in my skin.
