Hi, I've been using the collagen for a few days now and I do notice a slight improvement in joint pain from working out at the gym. It is not essential but interesting if you have covered other priorities. Personally I do not mind the taste, mixed with any drink should be taken without difficulty, although I take it with water and I do not have any problem.
