I don't know if it has been a placebo effect or what, because I have only been taking it for a short time, but my knees feel much better. As for the taste, I find it quite neutral, I usually mix it with oat milk and you can hardly notice it. It dissolves very well.

Good choice
I started taking collagen because I do a lot of sports and I'm afraid of getting injured. I guess the collagen is helping me not to feel discomfort and to keep training without getting injured. The product dissolves well. I take it along with creatine, without tasting it too much because it has a hint of flavor, although I wouldn't know what.
Empecé a tomar colágeno porque hago mucho deporte y tengo miedo de lesionarme. Supongo que el colágeno me está ayudando a no sentir molestias y a seguir entrenando sin lesionarme. El producto se disuelve bien. Lo tomo junto a la creatina, sin saborearlo demasiado porque tiene una pizca de sabor, aunque no sabría a qué.
