It was the first time I bought it. In my case I add it to coffee and it does not add any flavor and is perfectly diluted. If anything, it adds a little creaminess, since I drink my coffee black. I am delighted with the product.

Regeneration of joint cartilage and improvement and maintenance of the skin in good condition.
Since taking this supplement I notice a greater flexibility of my joints and a greater range of motion of the same, as well as the disappearance of the small discomfort that I used to have sometimes in my knees joints when walking or doing high impact exercises for the joints. I have also noticed an improvement in the skin reducing or practically eliminating the few wrinkles that I had in the skin thanks to its regenerating effect that it has on the skin in addition to the one it has on the joints. I combine it with HSN's turmeric to improve the overall beneficial effect on the joints.
Desde que tomo este suplemento noto una mayor flexiblidad de mis articulaciones y un mayor rango de movimiento de las mismas, así como la desaparición de las pequeñas molestias que solía tener a veces en las articulaciones las rodillas al caminar o hacer ejercicios de alto impacto para las articulaciones. También he notado una mejoría en la piel reduciendo o eliminando prácticamente del todo las pocas arrugas que tenía en la piel gracias a su efecto regenerador que tiene sobre la piel además del que tiene sobre las articulaciones. Lo combino junto a la cúrcuma de HSN para mejorar el efecto beneficioso a nivel global sobre las articulaciones.
