Good product at a good price

Neutral collagen

The taste alone with water is unpleasant to me, but if I add it to coffee, the taste is well camouflaged. It can sometimes create small lumps in hot beverages, but it dissolves quite well and in coffee it creates a little creaminess that I don't dislike. As for effectiveness, it's hard to say how effective it is.

El sabor solo con agua me resulta desagradable, pero si lo añado al café, el sabor se camufla bien. En ocasiones puede crear pequeños grumos en bebidas calientes, pero se disuelve bastante bien y en el café crea una pequeña cremita que no me desagrada. En cuanto a la efectividad, es difícil decir qué tan efectivo es.

I haven't noticed anything significant but I continue to take it. I mix it with my tea with milk every morning and got used to the taste in no time.

No he notado nada significativo pero sigo tomándolo. Lo mezclo con mi té con leche todas las mañanas y me acostumbré al sabor en poco tiempo.

Very good value for money.

I take it every morning with my coffee and I don't notice the taste. In a few days I have noticed that my skin is more hydrated and elastic, but above all I have noticed it in my joints. When doing sports I had pain in my knees and now, doing more exercise they almost don't bother me.

Lo tomo cada mañana con el cafe y no le noto el sabor. En pocos dias he notado la piel mas hidratada y elastica, pero sobretodo me lo he notado en las articulaciones. Al hacer deporte tenia dolor en las rodillas y ahora, haciendo mas ejercicio casi no me molestan.

Bovine collagen

Good bovine collagen at a good price. I would add vitamin c with no sweeteners or anything else. The other collagens have sweeteners in them.

Buen colageno bovino a buen precio. Le añadiría vitamina c sin edulcorantes ni nada más. Los otros colagenos llevan edulcorantes.

Much is discussed about its effect, but it seems that it does something and the side effects are negligible, so if you have a bone injury or similar, why not take it? In those cases, this is one of the best value for money.
