Quality, natural and economical
I love this collagen, both for its quality and purity, without additives, hydrolyzed (to be absorbed properly) and especially the price. 1 kg of hydrolyzed bovine collagen for 20 €? I have not found such a price anywhere else. Undoubtedly an essential basic with which my nails and hair grow a lot and much stronger.

Sin duda un básico imprescindible con el que las uñas y el pelo me crecen muchísimo y bastante mas fuertes.

I have taken collagen from other brands and I started taking it on January 1, I decided to take it in the evenings since it is when I usually train and I will take it as a pre-workout since you recommend it, I have taken it in water and I have been delighted because it has very good solubility, nothing settles at the bottom after mixing and the water is not cloudy as with other collagens from other brands, I will repeat for sure and I hope to see results gradually as I have a problem with both menisci, the only downside I would put is the format because I would see more comfortable in a jar and not in a package.
He tomado colágeno de otras marcas y he empezado a tomarlo el dia 1 de enero , he decidido tomarlo por las tardes ya que es cuando suelo entrenar y lo tomaré como pre entreno ya que así lo recomendáis, lo he tomado en agua y he quedado encantada ya que tiene muy muy buena solubilidad, no se posa nada en el fondo después de mezclarlo y el agua no queda turbia como con otros colágenos de otras marcas, el sabor es inapreciable y lo agradezco muchísimo ya que soy complicada con los sabores, repetiré seguro y espero en breve vea resultados gradualmente ya que tengo problema con los dos meniscos, la única pega que le pondría es el formato porque vería más cómodo en tarro y no en paquete
