Good supplement

Animal collagen is much better than marine collagen and this one especially dissolves super well in water. I take it with my morning coffee and it practically doesn't change the taste. Excellent choice.

El colageno de origen animal es mucho mejor que el marino y esté en especial se disuelve súper bien el agua. Lo tomo con el café de la mañana y prácticamente no cambia el sabor. Excelente opción.

Compre por indicación de alguien que me habló de los beneficios que aporta al organismo el consumo de colágeno. No es algo que se aprecie en una toma , pero su uso continuado te mejora el aspecto de la piel ,uñas etc. El sabor es neutro y la disolución es buena.

Ideal for joints

I have been taking it for a couple of weeks and I already notice a lot of relief in my joints. I take the recommended dose with kefir or yogurt and it dissolves perfectly. In my case, as it is unflavored, it does not alter the taste of whatever you are taking, nor do you notice it. A success.

Llevo tomándolo un par de semanas y ya noto bastante alivio en las articulaciones. Tomo la dosis recomendada con kéfir o con yogur y se disuelve perfectamente. En mi caso, al ser sin sabor no altera para nada el sabor de lo que estés tomando, ni lo notas. Un acierto.

I switched to several collagens until I tried hsn's bovine meto and more hip pains are disappearing. A must.

Cambie a varios colagenos hasta k probé el bovino meto de hsn y mas dolores de cadera estan desapareciendo. Imprescindible.
