Very good value for money.
I take it every morning with my coffee and I don't notice the taste. In a few days I have noticed that my skin is more hydrated and elastic, but above all I have noticed it in my joints. When doing sports I had pain in my knees and now, doing more exercise they almost don't bother me.

Good bovine collagen at a good price. I would add vitamin c with no sweeteners or anything else. The other collagens have sweeteners in them.

I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my hands for more than 10 years, I have tried many collagens and this is the one that relieves me the most pain in the outbreaks and apart from these I have noticed improvement in the joints of my hands. In my case, I can confirm that it is helping me.
