I have been taking this product for years and it is one of my regulars but also for my 70 year old mother. I have tried it in the large format and it helped me in winter to maintain overall health. I can't say if the extra rosehip and bioflavonoids gave me anything extra. I have also used the vitamin C 1000mg with equally good results, and easier to take than this one which is a tablet instead of a capsule.
