Seems to work

I've been taking it for a few weeks and I think it's working. I take one capsule on training days and the recommended 3 capsules on rest days.

Very useful for times of rest or a lot of cardio.

I use it when I am going to be out of training for a short period of time, to avoid catabolism as much as possible. The tablets are somewhat large, but they break easily in two.

Good product, good value for money! The tablets are quite large, but personally I have not had any problems.
