I always buy egg albumin to add protein to my recipes. It’s easy to mix in, has no flavour, and provides plenty of high-quality protein that’s easily absorbed. It’s much cheaper than other egg albumin products on the market, with no added sweeteners or preservatives. It’s a 10 for me, and I use it all year round.
