A gentle way to support overall well-being

I started taking Reishi capsules in hopes to see noticeable improvements in my immune system and inflammation levels - but, unfortunately, I havent experienced the effects I was expecting in those areas. However, I did notice a subtle improvement in my sleep quality and I've been feeling a bit more balanced in how I handle stress, with fewer mood swings during busy days.

Booster for the immune system and general well-being.

The Reishi extract has been a pleasant surprise. I take it to support my immune system and overall balance. I feel more stable, less tired and more responsive to stress. It is a very complete supplement, and the 15:1 extract ensures good concentration. I will repeat.

The concentration of the mushroom is very good. Excellent that it has 100 mg per daily dose of vitamin C, for better absorption.
