Amino acids in bulk
The best option if you don't want to spend a lot of money on MAPs. I've been taking them for a couple of months and I'm doing great. I recommend the Mango flavor, TOP TOP.

I take it in the intra-workout, very good flavors, perhaps the best of those I've tried (orange, energy drink and apple) is the Orange, but it is a function of taste, really all taste very good. Highly recommended.
