I have been taking the lemon flavored amino acids since the beginning and I don't regret my choice. They dissolve very easily. I take them after training and they help me recover before the effort. There are times when I see that energy drops to a minimum and in my case it makes me feel low, and these amino acids are great for me to overcome them.

Excellent product. It has not upset my stomach and the mango flavor is incredibly delicious. I took it right after I worked out and after dinner, I went to bed and slept like a baby.
