I get less exhausted
I feel like I get less exhausted during training and stay better hydrated than with just water. Since it's a little bitter the orange flavor I think it goes great with it, although some people don't like it.

Good dissolution and good taste
Essential amino acids that have better dissolution than other brands I have tried and about its flavor, I usually buy the orange one.
