Mango flavor ami particularly that flavor I do not like but this one is out I recommend it very good it dilutes well without lumps even with a spoon without shaker.

I use it for intra-training, with HSN carbohydrates. They do the job. It dissolves very easily, and I have no problem with lumps. In 1kg bags, they're the least expensive of the competition. I'd recommend it.
