It fulfills its function perfectly, when it comes to training and recovery. I also take it for the various benefits it brings to the body. I switched to the lemon flavor (although I will try the orange one) because the neutral one was unbearable, even though it is healthier.
Cumple su función a la perfección, a la hora de entrenar y en cuanto a la recuperación. También lo tomo por los diversos beneficios que aporta al organismo. Me pasé al de sabor limón (aunque probaré el de naranja) porque el neutro era insoportable, a pesar de ser más saludable.
