An ideal supply of essential amino acids with an excellent dissolution and a great taste (especially apple), perfect for any time, but especially for intra-workout. Do not shake too much because of the well-known foaming effect of amino acids, especially at that time of training, when you do not feel like drinking anything but the closest thing to a bad beer (foam festival, come on).

No agitar en demasía por el consabido efecto espumante de los aminoácidos, y más en ese momento del entrenamiento, que no te apetece andar bebiendo sino lo más parecido a una cerveza mal tirada(festival de la espuma, vamos)

Waiting for results
Orange flavor, I expected it to be better, honestly, but that's up to each person, it's quite sweet. I can't say yet about the results, I combine it with creatine and beta-alanine, what I have noticed is a better recovery.
