Good product
I use it intra workout and it works for me, I usually use the lemon flavor, the format is good, although the closure as in other bags is usually broken.
Yo lo uso intra entreno y me funciona, suelo usar el de sabor limón, el formato es bueno, aunque el cierre como en otras bolsas se suele romper.

The product dissolves well. I chose the lemon flavor, a little strong for my taste, but tolerable. So far I have started taking it and it digests well.
