Very good
I really love HSN products... this one is very good, it has a great taste (I love apple). Although in this case, I do not give it 5 stars, because now I prefer to take the caffeine separately, it is a little cheaper and I can charge more ... but for those who are not a stimulant abuse, do not hesitate.

A good pre-workout
Perfect for that energy spike needed during training, especially for me who tends to go with little food and carbs in my stomach.
