Dispenser
Perfect for training, I would change only the dispenser, too big for the blister.

EvoEAA's energy
The apple and lemon flavors are the ones I recommend.
It is great for intra-workout but I recommend taking it very very cold.

Good product
It gives you more energy by having caffeine during your workout. It would be better if it came in a bottle, it would be more convenient, but it would still be more expensive.
