I liked to try it but I don't see it as necessary
I have tried it to go to the gym but I have not noticed anything. I have not noticed more strength or more resistance to fatigue.

While training
I have incorporated it while training, either in the first half or in the second half, it is a good complement to the BCAAs I was already taking.

Lots of energy
I started using it to train and noticed a big difference in my performance. When I finished training without taking it, I couldn't get to the end. For me the taste is a bit cloying and very sweet.

Top flavor
Watermelon flavored amino acids are great and also help a lot, intra-workout to a fast recovery.

Perfect for training first thing in the morning
It is the boost you need when you get out of bed to train, without the intestinal impediments caused by coffee. I bought the 150g, which is a bit expensive, to test effect and taste. Now that I know it fits into my routine, I will buy the 1kg, much more affordable.

Indispensable
I've tried the energydrink and watermelon flavors, both are good, but the energy drink is better.
