If the FLAPJACK BAR is too big (120g) you will like this one better, it is 100g and more versatile. Of course, you have to like oatmeal as it is its main ingredient.

The carbohydrate intake you need
They provide 56g of carbohydrates per 100g bar. They leave you already very close to the 60-90g range of this supplement per hour of intense exercise. The taste is spectacularly good and the price is unbeatable. The only downside: they are very shattering and you can't take them on the run. You have to stop for 1 minute to take it, but if you are doing a long run and you can stop, they are the best.
