Complete multivitamin

This multivitamin is like the Swiss army knife of multivitamins, it has a little bit of everything. If you have iron deficiency it is not enough, because the iron dose is low (10 mg), but it could be combined with another product (my recommendation is HSN's 30 mg liposomal iron, but always consult your nutritionist).

Este multivitamínico es como la navaja suiza de las multivitaminas, tiene de todo un poco. Si tienes carencia de hierro no es suficiente, porque la dosis de hierro es baja (10 mg), pero se podría combinar con otro producto (mi recomendación es el hierro liposomado de 30 mg de HSN, pero consulta siempre a tu nutricionista).

This compound of vitamins and minerals is formulated for women which differs from the one for men that has added iron, less amount of zinc, more vitamin E among other differences. Very good price.

Good

Although it is a big pill to swallow, you eventually get used to it. The first day I was scared because I peed very yellow, but when I looked for information I saw that it was normal. I take them when I'm more sluggish, especially during the winter and it works well.

Aunque es una pastilla grande para tragar, al final te acostumbras. El primer dia me asuste porque hice pis muy amarillo, pero cuando busque informacion vi que era normal. Me las tomo cuando estoy mas floja, sobre todo durante el invierno y me va bien.
