Non è difficile verificare il proprio stato carenziale con metodi anche abbastanza semplici. I bought this product because unlike most "vitamin B complexes" it also contains PABA, biotin and choline. This is the main plus point for me. The tablet size is reasonably ok. I usually have problems with large tablets. These ones are more like medium size. I can handle that.
