Very powerful.
I really like high-dose b vitamins, I don't have a regular diet, and I benefit a lot from them. Some people more than others need much higher dosages than rda. It is not difficult to check one's deficiency status with even fairly simple methods. In any case, these are safe vitamins because they are water-soluble so there is no risk of intoxication because they do not accumulate beyond physiological saturation limits.
Le vitamine del gruppo b ad alto dosaggio mi piacciono molto, non ho una dieta regolare e ne traggo grande giovamento. Alcune persone più di altre hanno bisogno di dosaggi molto più alti delle rda. Non è difficile verificare il proprio stato carenziale con metodi anche abbastanza semplici. In ogni caso si tratta di vitamine sicure perché idrosolubili pertanto non si incorre nel rischio di intossicazione perché non si accumulano oltre i fisiologici limiti di saturazione.

Different from other
I bought this product because unlike most "vitamin B complexes" it also contains PABA, biotin and choline. This is the main plus point for me. The tablet size is reasonably ok. I usually have problems with large tablets. These ones are more like medium size. I can handle that.
Ich habe dieses Produkt gekauft, weil es anders als die meisten "Vitamin B-Komplexe" auch PABA, Biotin und Cholin enthält. Das ist für mich der Hauptpluspunkt. Die Tablettengröße ist einigermaßen ok.
