Seems useful for cold sores
I take 3 g/day to prevent cold sores, and I have the impression that it helps them appear less frequently. When I notice symptoms that I am about to get one, I up the dose to 6 g/day for a few days to keep the outbreak as mild as possible. After several months, I would say that it does help to reduce both frequency and intensity of outbreaks. The taste is not too strong, and the value for money seems very good to me.
Consumo 3 g/día para prevenir el herpes labial, y tengo la impresión de que ayuda a que aparezcan menos frecuentemente. Cuando noto síntomas de que va a salirme uno, subo la dosis hasta 6 g/día durante unos cuantos días para que el brote sea lo más leve posible. Después de varios meses, sí que diría que ayuda a reducir tanto frecuencia como intensidad de los brotes. El sabor no es muy fuerte, y la relación calidad-precio me parece muy buena.
