El citrato de calcio se asimila mejor que otros formatos de calcio y aunque en polvo no me resulta muy cómodo al final es la mejor manera de personalizar la dosis que cada uno necesita. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. En cuanto a la presentación, es un poco incómodo porque este polvo mancha mucho, pero creo que es algo del citrato de calcio que va a pasar con cualquier marca.
