Good dosage and very economical

I have been taking vitamin D for some time because I am not a big fan of the sun, especially in the summer, and in the last tests I had good levels. I take two a week, so the bottle lasts me for a long time. I am grateful that it is D3 suitable for vegans, as it is the one with the best bioavailability.

Llevo tiempo tomando la vitamina D porque no soy muy fan del sol, especialmente en verano, y en los últimos análisis tenía bien los niveles. Me tomo dos a la semana, conque el bote me dura para mucho tiempo. Se agradece que sea D3 apta para veganos, pues es la de mejor biodisponibilidad.
