Pleasant acid taste
I don't dislike the sour taste of this magnesium citrate. It dissolves well. Easy to take.

Magnesium citrate powder
Magnesium is vital
Magnesium in general benefits numerous functions of the body. In citrate form it is good for constipation. For rest, bisglycinate is more indicated. At home we prefer it in powder form as some of the capsules are uncomfortable to swallow. It is a good product.

Magnesium citrate powder
Good value for money
It seems that you rest better with a scoop before going to bed. I will continue testing and if it works I will repeat the purchase.

Magnesium citrate powder
Value for money
A basic in supplementation especially if you do sports where you lose a lot of minerals either because they are of long duration or high intensity. The best value for money on the market. It is true that it is a little more cumbersome than the pills, but it pays a lot for the price and effectiveness it has. I recommend it without a doubt.
