I find it very easy to take directly in my mouth with a little water. Neutral taste and much better than magnesium bisciglinate. In terms of results I can not say that I noticeably appreciate its use. I have found that by taking it together with vitamin D3 and K2, I have finally managed to raise my vitamin D values to an optimal range, something I had not achieved before.

Me resulta muy facil de tomar directamente a la boca y un poco de agua. Sabor neutro y mucho mejor que el bisciglinato de magnesio. En cuanto a resultados no puedo decir que aprecie notoriamente su uso. Sí he contrastado que al tomarlo junto con la vitamina D3 y K2, por fin he conseguido subir mis valores de vitamina D a un rango optimo, algo que no había conseguido antes.
