Magnesium citrate powder
Unbeatable value for money
I love this supplement, I now take it in capsule form because I find it more convenient but it is a bit more expensive.

Magnesium citrate powder
Acceptable
It is understood that something helps with fatigue and sleep. I always say that supplementation is complicated to give an exact verdict and say what degree of effectiveness it has. For its price it is advisable to take it, that's for sure.

Good product
Good. Magnesium citrate is a good product at a good price and its benefits are noticeable since I take it. Nothing harsh and very useful with the dispenser.
Buenas.

Magnesium citrate powder
Magnesium is essential
It is supposedly one of the best sources of magnesium. I prefer it pure and in powdered form as it is cheaper and can be mixed with other things. The taste is not too unpleasant.

Required
Magnesium supplementation should be mandatory. Rather than creatine. Eighty percent of the population is in deficit and the solution is so simple: reduce fatigue and improve recovery. You can't ask for more.

Excellent
Magnesium citrate powder, practically tastes like nothing, so you can mix it with anything. I also take bisciglinate but it tastes quite a bit. Very competitive price.

Magnesium citrate powder
Good for recovery
I bought it to add more than the dose of the collagen with magnesium, I like that it tells you the dosage well.
