Magnesium citrate powder
Good product
This magnesium can be taken better than bisglycinate in terms of taste, presentation, to be improved, I move them to other bottles to preserve them and to be able to dose better.

Help after training
With a fairly neutral taste, you can add it to any beverage: coffee, tea, water, soft drink. I use it after training and it helps me in muscle recovery and especially so that I don't have ramps.

Magnesium citrate powder
Good product
I like it very much, I have been taking it for years and it works very well. Its powder format makes it more convenient to add to any liquid or even food (yogurt, soups, etc). As it has no flavor you can take it at any time and it is very effective.

Magnesium citrate powder
Tasteless but swallowable
Although it has no taste and a gritty texture, it can be swallowed, and I take it before bedtime to supply me well.
