Excellent choice
I have been taking magnesium powder for a couple of years, and I recommend it to anyone who cares about their health, the benefits are negligible.

Magnesium
I had bought it to improve muscle recovery and rest, but it is true that the only effect I have noticed so far is as a laxative, and it is quite noticeable.

Sacred ritual
For years now, Mg supplementation has been a sacred ritual for me. Not only because I am reaching an age when I am more concerned about the benefits of supplementing my diet. The evidence that clinical science is accumulating, and the fact of perceiving and appreciating that daily intake. I alternate or combine different formulations; but citrate is always there for its added value and price.

Good product
The truth is that I don't notice anything in particular. I take it for what they say is beneficial for the body. A dose in my mouth and a sip of water and no problem.
